Overview
Adecco Financial Services, client operating in maritime transport of fuels and petroli, is looking for a supplier invoice registration specialist to join the administrative team in Rome.
Responsibilities
* Register and control supplier passive invoices
* Manage deadlines and perform accounting reconciliations
* Support monthly and annual closing activities
* Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
* Previous experience in accounting, preferably in structured companies
* Knowledge of main accounting software
* Precision, organization and ability to work in a team
Location
Rome (Parioli/Salaria). The activity is performed on site. No smart working is offered.
Hours
Full time, Monday to Friday.
Contract
Direct temporary contract of 6 months with possibility of permanent employment. Annual gross salary: €25,000–€27,000.
Start date
26 January 2026.
