Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for aJunior Legal Specialist - Data Privacyto join KIKO MILANO's Legal Team, supporting the Global Legal function and reporting to the Global General Counsel andGlobalPrivacyLegal Manager.The role is based in Milan and requires an on-site presence at least 3 days per week.Candidates who are not available to relocate to Milan or commute regularly are kindly asked not to apply.Such talent will support the Legal team in day-by-day legal activities related to data protection matters and privacy compliance at Group level, collaborating with senior legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.In particular, you will:Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations; Assist in coordinating with KIKO local subsidiaries on privacy-related documentation, templates and internal processes; Contribute to the drafting, review, update and negotiation of data protection clauses in a wide range of commercial contracts, including related data protection annexes, such as Data Processing Agreements, etc.
; Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under the supervision of senior legal team members; Provide assistance in the ordinary management of data protection issues, liaising with external DPO.What you will need to succeedDegree in Lawwith a thesis on data protectionis mandatory ora Master's program on personal data protection; 1 year maximumexperience in Data Privacy; Strong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters; Knowledge of GDPR and privacy principles; Good analytical and research skills; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Proficiency inMicrosoft Office tools.We would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills & detail-orientedHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback#J-*****-Ljbffr
