ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Mid-Junior profile to strengthen our Finance team. The role focuses on daily operational support, with the goal of ensuring seamless administrative, accounting, and treasury processes. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the executive point of contact for the Italian headquarters and the U.S. subsidiary, ensuring every transaction is handled with rigor and punctuality.
OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Accounting Support (Italy & USA)
* Perform day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable) for both the Italian entity and the U.S. subsidiary.
* Manage cross-border administrative documentation, ensuring accurate filing and tracking of flows between Italy and the USA.
* Collaboratively support the preparation of data for monthly closings and statutory financial statements under the supervision of the Manager.
* Liaise with external consultants and tax advisors for the collection and submission of accounting documentation.
Operational Treasury & Payments
* Manage Remote Banking portals, monitoring daily bank balances across multiple currencies (EUR/USD).
* Prepare and execute payment flows (domestic and international wire transfers) to suppliers and institutions.
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor corporate credit card transactions.
* Support the reconciliation of financial flows between the parent company and the U.S. branch.
Administration & Compliance
* Monitor the calendar of administrative and tax deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
* Maintain organized accounting records and manage the department\'s administrative back-office.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Professional Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics or High School Diploma in Accounting with a solid practical foundation.
* 2–4 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably within dynamic corporate environments or international professional firms.
Hard Skills
* Sound knowledge of general accounting principles and treasury processes.
* Fluency in English (B2 level or higher): Essential for managing U.S. documentation, banking portals, and daily communication with American colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with ERP software.
Soft Skills
* Service-Oriented Mindset: Strong aptitude for operational support to facilitate team activities.
* Surgical Precision: Extreme attention to detail, especially regarding payment management and accounting data.
* Proactivity: Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while anticipating the operational needs of the Manager.
