My client is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end projects shaping the future of the finance function. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will drive the transition to a finance shared services model, delivering organizational, process, and system changes across accounting, controlling, treasury, and more.
This role is based in Parma and would require you to be onsite in the office 3 x per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead critical finance transformation projects from strategy to execution.
* Consolidate and manage requirements across finance, IT, HR, and sourcing.
* Drive process improvements, digital initiatives, and organizational design.
* Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
About You
* Proven experience in finance transformation, project management, or consulting.
* Strong finance knowledge and end-to-end process understanding (e.g., Lead-to-Cash).
* Skilled in building consensus and driving change across diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with digital finance tools/implementations is a plus.
