Who we are looking for\nWe are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Distribution Center.\nResponsibilities\n\nPlan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order assembly and dispatch\nEnsure efficient use of space, equipment and resources while meeting quality, budget and environmental targets\nMaintain accurate stock control systems and ensure inventory reliability\nPlan operational capacity and anticipate future requirements\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles\nRecruit, train and develop staff, monitoring performance and fostering teamwork\nEnsure compliance with EHS, hygiene and security standards\nCommunicate daily priorities to Team Leaders and ensure alignment across the operation\nMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor service quality\nSupporte the achievement of cost budget targets and contributing to the DC’s financial stability\nOversee maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nDegree or equivalent in logistics, management or related fields\nBe familiar with ISO 90001 standard\nSolid experience in warehouse management and logistics operations\nStrong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS systems\nFamiliarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\n\nPersonal Characteristics\n\nExcellent communication, leadership and organizational skills\nStrong analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs\nA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and plan ahead\n\nInclusion and Diversity\nColoplast is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and future candidates.
