This position reports to: EL Product Marketing Manager Your responsibilities: - Design the go-to-market strategy and manage the full product Life Cycle along with stakeholders’ Customer Journey. - Coordinate main initiatives within the Application Cluster. - Be accountable for key business metrics, prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to increase market share. - Analyze and leverage market trends, competitive scenario and business data to design the best product positioning. - Design the GTM strategy: pricing list, segment and channel approach, lead time. - Coordinate main initiatives within the Application. - Be the referral point for PMD and LSO in the Application. - Participate to key Application meetings with relevant stakeholders. - Ensure the OTD for key Application assets, such as documentation, sales kits and marketing tools. - Be the referral point as skilled product expert. - Give pre-sales technical support. - Implement local product strategies in line with global one. - Listen / understand market needs by visiting customers. - Own, monitor and leverage PGs businesses data to support sales target. - Be aware and co-responsible with sales team of gross and net demand order, volume mix for and NPV. Your background: - 2 years of experience as Product Marketing specialist or similar as preferred with a master's degree in - business engineering. - Technical background (a master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred - Fluent English and Italian - Ability to understand customer needs will be crucial for your success - Personal leadership and are an excellent team player, with good analytical and data management skills - Be able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes both in Italian and English - Be capable to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration - Be interested in, even enthusiast about marketing and innovative business - Have an operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments - Be able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals - Be able to reason with a user-centered approach: you will be asked to detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy.
