Ph3Employment Status /h3 pRegular /p h3Time Type /h3 pFull time /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Field Service Representative maintains the integrity of the CSA registered mark by conducting factory inspections and safeguarding on‑going conformity of products bearing the CSA Mark. The employee will be based in North‑East Italy to support customers in the Lombardy and Veneto regions. /p h3These Are Your Tasks /h3 ul liConduct factory inspections at CSA authorized factories (remote and on‑site). Select representative product samples to audit; determine if sample complies with all applicable standards and provide a Certification report; review quality control and testing documentation. /li liPrepare Factory Inspection Reports (FIR), Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports, and consumer product evaluation reports to document inspection findings per procedures and work instructions. /li liReview previous FIRs to determine if previous deviations have been corrected. /li liWith supervision, determine satisfactory corrective action and time frame to implement the changes; determine if non‑compliance merits stop shipments, re‑investigation or removal of CSA mark and take appropriate action. /li liMaintain contact with clients by following up, providing information, and responding to inquiries. /li liKeep current on new services available and communicate these to clients as necessary and assist clients with making changes to their records (address, company name, etc.). /li /ul h3What We Expect /h3 ul liElectrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Associate’s Degree /li liLicensed Electrician with related experience /li liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering /li li+2 years of experience (industry related experience an asset) /li liAbility to work remotely and independently (home office) /li liStrong effective communication skills /li liStrong conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations /li liAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and test data /li liProficiency with calibrated measurement instruments, high voltage test equipment, hand tools /li liAbility to manage multiple inspection files and changing schedules and deadlines with supervision /li liWorking knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and general laboratory procedures related to performing factory inspections /li liGood communication skills in English (oral and written); knowledge of an additional European language welcome /li liAbility to travel as needed and/or with short notice (up to 75%) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAn interesting and highly varied job /li liPossibility of remote working and flexible working hours /li liFitness health program for a relaxed balance to the daily work routine /li liPension scheme /li liPermanent employment and a secure job for the years to come /li liBenefit package /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pCSA Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
