Our goal: a climate-neutral, resource-resilient Europe by 2050. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pRaw Materials Academy Initiative is a flagship programme designed to deliver high-impact, market-responsive training across Europe. It connects industry, professionals, SMEs with certified training providers and VET institutions to bridge skills gaps in raw materials. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs the Community Manager, you will cultivate, scale, and manage a pan-European network of certified training providers, particularly within the VET ecosystem. Your work will ensure that the Academy delivers timely, high-quality, and market-aligned education through a growing network of learning partners. /p pYou will play a critical role in onboarding providers, enabling delivery, and supporting the long-term sustainability of the initiative. Your efforts will directly support the Academy’s commercialization goals and strategic alignment with industry needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement the community engagement and certification strategy across Europe’s VET ecosystem. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with VET providers, regional institutions, and local training partners. /li liEnsure all training partners meet quality, content, and delivery standards. /li /ul h3Operational Management /h3 ul liLead recruitment, onboarding, and capacity-building activities for certified training providers. /liliCoordinate with subject matter experts and external providers to ensure full geographic and thematic coverage. /li liManage associated risks related to partner performance and delivery consistency. /li /ul h3Platform Ecosystem Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the central liaison between training providers, the platform team, and other internal units. /li liCoordinate closely with the Commercialization Manager to align partner delivery with the Academy’s revenue model. /li liSupport the platform integration of new partners and ensure smooth learner journeys. /li /ul h3Monitoring, Reporting Compliance /h3 ul liTrack KPIs and monitor partner performance across the Academy's offerings. /li liProvide input into strategic reporting, evaluation, and quality assurance processes. /li liContribute to the Academy’s roadmap, including content planning and network scaling. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liRepresent the Academy in relevant stakeholder meetings, summits, and events across Europe. /li liEnsure community input informs the platform roadmap and course development pipeline. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pExperience /p ul liProven experience managing networks or communities within the education, skills, or innovation sectors. /li liStrong familiarity with the VET landscape in Europe, including national / regional training providers, certification processes, and labor market alignment. /li liExperience coordinating delivery with external contributors, including SMEs and learning organizations. /li /ul pSkills /p ul liExceptional stakeholder engagement, onboarding, and coordination skills. /li liProficiency in managing operational delivery of educational programs at scale. /li liExperience with digital tools and platforms for education delivery or network management. /li liProject management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) or demonstrated equivalent experience is a plus. /li /ul pCompetencies /p ul liStrategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. /li liExcellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (C2 level); additional European languages are a plus. /li liAnalytical, organized, and able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul pPersonal Qualities /p ul liEntrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality. /li liComfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity. /li liPassionate about education, industry transformation, and digital innovation. /li /ul pTravel /p ul liWillingness to travel occasionally across Europe to engage with stakeholders and providers in-person. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pImpactful Work: Contribute directly to Europe’s green and digital transitions by scaling access to critical skills. /p pDynamic Team: Join a driven, international group of professionals passionate about systemic change. /p pFlexibility: Enjoy 100% remote work with flexibility and autonomy to shape your role. /p pLearning Growth: You’ll be trained on everything you need – from tools and processes to content and stakeholder management. /p h3Our Recruitment Process /h3 pWe’re looking for driven professionals ready to build something meaningful. /p pApplication Review – Our team will review your CV thoroughly.
