Main Responsibilities Provide exemplary day-to-day business consulting service to franchisees to maximize their sales & profit by implementing franchise concepts based on rules defined in franchise agreements and operational manuals, and ensure that each franchisee undergoes an annual quality certification process. Conduct in-store training sessions to execute annual marketing plans, e-commerce policies, fleet policies, product category management plans, as well as new programs and procedures. Conduct regular meetings on various topics determined by audits or retail initiatives. Gather and analyze industry trends, competition & market information. Set, manage, and report on AOP (sales & cost plan). Design investment plans. Conduct regular business reviews with franchise owners, track KPIs, and propose/implement actions to improve KPIs and achieve sales & cost targets. Manage and report on AOP for the area. Execute annual sell-out plans ensuring alignment with sell-in estimations, high SOB, high market share of TMS, and coordinate necessary actions with the local sales force. Implement annual development plans for the area using geo-marketing studies to identify white spots. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential franchisees, present franchise concepts, and secure new franchise agreements. Experience 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably implementing franchise systems or other retail-focused programs. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of franchise dealership sales processes Experience in sales and/or franchise sales, with broad knowledge of automotive retail business Excellent communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders positively Leadership skills to motivate and develop franchise partners Proven track record of achieving results Financial acumen, training, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work under stress and adapt to change Willingness to spend 80% of time in the field with franchisees Proficiency in MS Office Only candidates residing in the area are eligible for this position.
