Amaita Intercultura APS is a non-profit organization based in Rome, active in the fields of youth work, intercultural dialogue, art, journalism and international cooperation. Through Erasmus+ and other European programs, Amaita promotes learning mobility, cultural exchange, and social inclusion.
We are currently welcoming trainees under the Erasmus+ Traineeship Programme who are interested in gaining practical experience in the NGO sector.
TRAINEESHIP AREAS
Youth work and non formal education
Support the organization of Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses
Assist in facilitation and coordination of international groups
Contribute to educational activities based on non-formal learning methodologies
Journalism and cultural content
Write and edit articles on art, culture, cinema, and social topics
Support editorial planning and content creation
Conduct interviews and cover cultural events for publications
Communication and social media
Develop and manage content for Instagram and digital platforms
Contribute to communication strategies for Amaita Intercultura APS and A13Lab (campaigns on art, culture and social issues)
Create visual and written storytelling content
European projects
Assist in writing Erasmus+ and other EU project proposals
Support project management, implementation and reporting
Collaborate with international partners and networks
Event planning and cultural activities
Support the organization of cultural events (cineforums, screenings, workshops)
Assist with logistics, promotion, and participant coordination
Profile of the trainee
Enrolled in a higher education institution eligible for Erasmus+ traineeship funding
Background or interest in fields xivgfpx such as:
Social sciences
Communication / Media
Cultural studiesInternational relations / European studies
Strong motivation to work in an intercultural and international environment
Good command of English (Italian is an asset but not mandatory)
Proactive, creative and willing to take initiative

Duration: minimum 3 months (flexible according to Erasmus+ requirements)
