Job Description:The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, manages the full order lifecycle, and works closely with internal departments on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met effectively while maintaining excellent internal and external communication flows.
Key responsibilities:Manage customer orders for both new products and series products, ensuring accuracy and timely processingCoordinate logistics activities related to orders, including transport bookings and the management of customer-owned packaging flowsOversee CSR activities and related processesMaintain and update master data (customers, products, etc.) and manage price lists•Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing adjustments, including debit and credit notesEnsure effective management of internal and external communication flows
Education & Required Skills:High school diploma and/or bachelor's degreeEven brief experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sectorNative-level Italian and fluent English; knowledge of an additional language (French and/or German) is considered a plusDigital mindset and familiarity with major ERP systemsTeamwork attitude, with a dynamic and flexible approach
