You will be included in the Logistics Engineering function, in the Solution Design Team and you will be responsible for the development of projects related to existing customers and new customers in the Contract Logistics Business Unit. /p h3WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO /h3 ul liUnderstanding of solution design and related sales program development and implementation; /li liDeveloping, reviewing and verifying overall and a variety of engineering, operational and related reports and metrics; /li liApplying comprehensive and various solution design management principles and practices; /li liDemonstrated skills in organization group process, problem identification and resolution at a functional level; /li liReading, analysing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation; /li liProject data analysis and process mapping (Valued Stream Map); /li liGiving technical support to the Business Development function, in identifying different solutions compliant with customer's needs and with company business rules; /li liInterfacing with customers and coordinating with other corporate functions involved in the Solution Design process (real estate, security, Health Safety, etc.), to explain the proposed solution and the value related to; /li liInvolving in different and international projects (Europe and Global). /li /ul h3WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster Degree in management engineering, with focus on logistics, supply chain, transport; /li liExperience e strong knowledge of Contract Logistics Field; /li liData analysis skills and strong knowledge of data analysis techniques; /li liBasic knowledge of CAD programs; /li liPreferably, experienced in project management; /li liExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; /li liHaving good MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint; /li liAbility to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment; /li liHard-working, highly motivated and team player; /li liStrong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills; /li liConfident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach. /li /ul h3ABOUT TOMORROW /h3 pWe value your professional and personal growth.
