We are seeking an IT PMO & Enterprise Architecture Specialist to support a leading international group in managing IT governance processes and ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives.
The role is part of the Enterprise Architecture function and plays a key role in governance, solution evaluation, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency with architectural standards and the target architecture.
Key Responsabilities:
Lead and support IT Governance activities within the Enterprise Architecture domain, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT initiatives
Contribute to the definition and continuous evolution of an Enterprise Architecture framework (TOGAF-inspired) for the evaluation and approval of IT solutions
Support the assessment, validation, and governance of IT initiatives, ensuring compliance with architectural principles and standards
Oversee and monitor digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target architecture and strategic roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, CyberSecurity, Business, Legal & Privacy) to ensure compliance with architectural, security, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate decision-making through structured governance bodies (e.g., architecture boards, committees)
Contribute to the development and maintenance of architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines
Support PMO activities, including tracking initiative status, timelines, dependencies, and governance workflows
Requirements💡
3–6 years of experience in: Enterprise Architecture; IT Governance / IT PMO; Consulting or complex corporate environments;
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred); Experience in IT solution evaluation and governance processes
Familiarity with digital transformation programs and large-scale IT initiatives
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Languages: fluent in English and Italian
Nice to have:
Experience in FMCG or large multinational environments; Exposure to Enterprise
Architecture tools/repositories (e.g., LeanIX, ServiceNow, MEGA)
Knowledge of IT security and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act)
Previous experience in consulting firms
