As the Payroll Team Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of daily payroll activities, ensuring every process is executed efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team dedicated to analyzing, evaluating, and managing payroll programs with precision, ensuring compliance with established performance and service standards.Key Responsibilities:Guide and mentor your team to analyze, manage, and execute payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Act as the primary contact for team members, providing solutions to operational or policy challenges, and escalating complex issues to the Payroll Manager when necessary.Collaborate with internal Finance and other departments to maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, supporting audit reviews.Conduct payroll and tax reconciliations post-pay cycle, addressing any discrepancies promptly.Organize and manage unplanned payroll processing, serving as the go-to contact for such instances.Investigate complex pay transactions, working with stakeholders to identify and resolve root causes.Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records and reports, ensuring alignment with local payroll systems and global HRIS tools.Monitor payroll regulations and trends to propose enhancements and ensure compliance.Participate in global projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Business Economy, Law, Political Science) from an accredited institution preferred, coupled with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated professionalism and ability to build and maintain strong relationships within and outside the team.Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive, self-starting approach, capable of thriving under pressure.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and direct a team effectively, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian and Good knowladge of English
