About the Role

At Coesia, we are looking for Mechanical Engineers to join teams driving innovation across a variety of industries and applications.

Frequent travel, including international business trips, may be required to support project activities and engage directly with stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead and contribute to the improvement of mechanical designs, optimizing functionality, reliability, and manufacturability;
2. Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for advanced machinery;
3. Review and refine existing systems to meet evolving technical and operational needs;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and manufacturing;
5. Participate in design reviews and support implementation phases;
6. Travel regularly to support project activities and customer interactions.
What You Need to Be Successful
You are a skilled mechanical designer with a hands-on, curious mindset and drive to solve complex engineering problems.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
You also have:
7. A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (PhD is a plus);
8. At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the machinery or automation sector;
9. Advanced proficiency in parametric CAD tools;
10. Experience with DTV (Design to Value) approach;
11. Strong communication skills, and good command of English language (B2/C1 level);
12. Flexibility and enthusiasm for frequent business travel;
13. A proactive, hands-on, and curious approach to engineering.
