We are expanding our team of Software and Hardware developers for the industrialization of top-line healthcare monitors, ensuring a reliable production process and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and efficacy. This includes handling the start-up of new device production (NPI).
Responsibilities include updating process documentation for smooth implementation post-NPI, collaborating with the industrialization team on tooling, equipment, and automation validation for production lines, and defining assembly sequences with R&D, industrial management, and process quality teams.
Main responsibilities:
* Define assembly sequences in collaboration with R&D, industrial management, and process quality.
* Manage operations during new product introduction phases with Process & Outgoing Quality and project leaders.
* Develop manufacturing processes for industrial operations.
* Create and maintain process data in MES for transparent financial performance.
* Update work instructions and manage engineering changes.
* Identify and challenge process wastes and weaknesses to enhance performance using lean concepts.
* Develop software needed for manufacturing healthcare monitors in collaboration with R&D.
* Support validation of software and production processes.
* Collaborate on pFMEA with process quality.
* Monitor production line fall-offs and implement corrective actions with process and outgoing quality teams.
* Assist in automating processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in electronics or minimum 5 years of equivalent technical experience in production engineering.
Your profile:
* Experience with IE tools like SMED, VSM.
* Knowledge of assembly processes, CAD, 3D modeling.
* Understanding of operations excellence and process optimization.
* Basic PC hardware/software and networking knowledge.
* Problem-solving skills, good English communication.
* Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus.
* Basic electronics knowledge is advantageous, especially related to monitors.
* Willingness to diversify activities, good team skills, and adaptability to non-standard hours.
* Strong personality capable of influencing and escalating issues as needed. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement is a plus.
