If you want to bgrow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream /b, this is the place for you! /p h3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pThe project engineer is primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising industrial engineering projects from the initial concept phase through to final completion. Their duties range from defining technical specifications to managing resources, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues that may arise during implementation. One distinctive aspect of this role is the ability to translate complex technical requirements into concrete and understandable action plans for all stakeholders involved. /p ul liDevelops and analyses technical specifications to ensure project feasibility /li liCoordinates multidisciplinary teams composed of engineers, technicians, and suppliers /li liManages timelines, budgets, and resources necessary for project execution /li liMonitors project progress and implements corrective actions when needed /li /ul h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProject update meetings /li liReviewing technical documentation /li liPreparing reports and presentations /li liSimplifying complex data for the team /li liSupporting inspections in production or at suppliers /li /ul pWorking as a project engineer means being at the center of a complex ecosystem where technical, economic, and relational aspects converge. It’s a role that requires great versatility and adaptability, as each project presents unique and often unpredictable challenges. The greatest satisfaction comes from seeing ideas and concepts materialize into tangible solutions that improve production processes or create new products. On the other hand, the responsibility of managing significant budgets and meeting tight deadlines can generate considerable pressure. /p ul liAbility to adapt quickly /li liGood organization /li liAttention to detail /li liCollaborative spirit /li /ul h3EXPERIENCES QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, automation) /li liMaster’s degree in industrial production engineering or similar specializations (preferred) /li liInterest and aptitude for project management /li liBasic knowledge of IT tools and production processes /li liFluent English /li liTechnical: knowledge of production processes, design and optimization skills, proficiency in project management software, familiarity with industry regulations, data analysis /li liCross-functional: leadership, problem solving, effective communication, time management, adaptability, negotiation, and ability to work under pressure /li liAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably gained in comparable production environments /li /ul h3WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED /h3 ul liMaster advanced project management methodologies /li liObtain recognized certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 to structure and manage complex projects with standardized approaches, enhancing process efficiency and result quality /li liDevelop specialized technical skills /li liDeepen knowledge in specific areas such as industrial automation, advanced control systems, or emerging technologies for Industry 4.0, becoming a technical reference point within the organization /li liImprove budget management skills /li liRefine skills in financial planning and cost control, learning to optimize available resources and justify technological investments through solid cost-benefit analyses /li liDevelop technical leadership skills /li liBuild the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, learning to motivate professionals with different backgrounds and facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical departments /li liImplement technological innovation projects /li liLead the introduction of new technologies in production processes, demonstrating the ability to manage change and translate innovation into measurable competitive advantages for the company /li liOptimize production processes /li liApply methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements that increase productivity and reduce waste /li liExpand skills in industrial sustainability /li liAcquire knowledge of eco-sustainable technologies and processes, learning to design solutions that reduce environmental impact and optimize energy consumption in industrial plants /li /ul h3WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT /h3 ul liA unique mix of global scale start-up spirit—€7.9bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
