Responsibilities
* Practical, hands-on Industrial Engineer with strong focus on shopfloor execution, process stabilization, and daily operational improvement
* Experienced in working directly with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to eliminate waste, improve flow, and increase output
* Delivers measurable results through line optimization, layout changes, and real-time problem solving
* Observe and analyze real production activities to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
* Conduct time studies and work measurement directly on the shopfloor to set standards
* Optimize workstations, line balance, and operator tasks to improve productivity
* Implement quick wins and practical improvements (layout changes, material flow, tools)
* Drive daily problem solving with production and quality teams
* Support production ramp-up, line transfers, and new product introduction
* Ensure standard work and SOP implementation on the shopfloor
* Monitor key KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap) and react immediately to deviations
