The Customer Fulfillment 1 Team Leader advises Sales on orchestration of complex deals, monitors the E2E Quote to invoice process and manages critical exceptions and escalations. In addition, they act as senior advisor and trainer 2fro customer fulfillment colleagues and control key critical activities.

Your main resposibilities will be:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Service on complex deals;
2. involve other stakeholders to ensure impact on E2E process is understood and monitor E2E process and analyze relevant reports;
3. ensure non-standard terms and conditions are approved and communicated to relevant stakeholders;
4. attend project kick off and provide input from a Customer Fulfillment perspective;
5. communicate roll-out plan to Customer Fulfillment Coordinator 1 to ensure successful execution;
6. identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience;
7. advisory role to support and train Customer Fulfillment colleagues;
8. determine/validate and trigger the mass update & baseflow process;
9. co-ordinate Customer Fulfillment resources to assure processes are executed in line with correct way of working, governance and SLA;
10. active involvement in expert community and sharing of best practices with other national sales organization of the company;
11. alignment with central Customer Fulfillment team to ensure Pan European processes are followed where applicable;
ensure clean order is executed effectively by Customer Fulfillment team.
