Your role
We are looking for a Business Controller to act as a strategic partner to our business units, driving performance and profitability through insightful financial analysis and active collaboration.
The role will primarily center on financial planning, budgetary control, cost management, and performance analysis, ensuring the organization achieves its financial and operational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights to support decision-making, and collaborating with commercial teams to align business strategies with financial goals and market dynamics.
Develop and monitor key financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement while overseeing the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial performance (revenue, margins, and costs).
Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned business units.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze margins to ensure profitability targets are met and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
Main Requirements
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience (4-7 years) in Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
Solid experience with Office tools.
Good public speaking skills.
International experience preferred.
A commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and value creation.
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
