How You'll Live Your Ambition
You'll be anchoring the CRM Campaign Delivery within the Marketing and Direct Sales department, reporting to the Head of CRM. Your role will be crucial in navigating the intricate landscape of marketing automation, driving the efficiency of our processes and enhancing the customer journey. With your analytical and innovative approach, you'll map out the course for our campaigns, steering us toward success.
Demonstrate your passion
* You will be the key coordinator, ensuring the seamless execution of Adobe Journey campaigns from start to finish, aligning them with our business goals and keeping all stakeholders on the same page.
* You'll interrogate campaign briefs to comprehend business objectives, offering insightful recommendations for targeted marketing actions.
* Your support will be invaluable for managing the communication calendar and overseeing the implementation of diverse campaign elements, including emails, SMS, and Whatsapp.
* Leveraging your experience, you'll bring innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance the design and targeting of our campaigns, elevating the customer experience.
* You'll closely monitor KPIs and provide valuable insights, recommending necessary adjustments to ensure campaign success.

* You will actively manage and maintain the technical aspects of marketing automation, working closely with stakeholders and IT partners to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
* Accuracy and attention to detail will be your compass in ensuring the successful delivery of dynamic, interactive emails and templates, crucial for our campaigns.
* You'll be responsible for the seamless operation of various marketing workflows, implementing best practices in marketing automation and data management.
* Your task will be to ensure the effective segmentation of our campaigns for better targeting, collaborating with the team to achieve maximum impact.
* You'll keep a sharp eye on the main KPIs and redemption rates, ready to take corrective actions for optimized results.
What Makes You Unique
* You've got the master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology that we seek. Welcome aboard if you have a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.
* Your 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and workflows design will be crucial, as will your hands-on knowledge of tools like Salesforce or Adobe Suite.
* We require your strong management and analytical skills, and ability to interpret data and engage with stakeholders.
* Your proactive and innovative approach, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset, will contribute to our team's success.
* Results matter to you, and you find joy in delivering measurable impact. We need your curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
* We're looking for a multi-language speaker, with Italian and English fluency essential, and any additional European language being a distinct advantage.
* SQL skills for complex targeting and segmentation would be advantageous.
* Experience in a multi-market context is a unique asset.
