Tasks: /p p- Develop, implement and update the Site HSE Management System in line with company, Italian and external certification requirements /p p- Monitor compliance with legal requirements /p p- Develop and apply hazard identification and risk assessment to reduce the risks to ALARP /p p- Support Site Manager on the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system /p p- Undertake incident investigation, reporting, internal inspections and audits of HSE standards on site /p p- Ensure medical examinations (incl. drug and alcohol testing, etc.) of all staff is carried out as appropriate /p p- Undertake site HSE inductions and provides regular HSE training / information for new employees /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience at site as HSE leader for Construction / Commissioning in large projects /li liDegree in HSE or Engineering or an internationally recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, or equivalent) /li liStrong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and best international practices /li liFluency in Italian and in English /li liCommunication, training and leadership skills /liliSound knowledge of Management systems (ISO 45001, SCC, ISO 14001).
