Jil Sander is looking for a passionate and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our Sanremo Outlet.
In this role, you will be a true brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring the continuity of strategic standards and operational excellence while driving business performance and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Your Role:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every level
Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews
Inspire, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience
Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork
Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
Achieve commercial targets through smart team organization and impactful product presentation
Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation and VM supervision

Requirements:
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail
