This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in Google Ads and a passion for optimising paid search to deliver measurable results and business growth. Main Duties and Responsibilities Own the planning, setup, and optimisation of Google Search campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and ROI. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and target audience to uncover opportunities for growth. Build and maintain campaign structures that are scalable, organised, and effective. Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies to maximise results. Write and optimise ad copy to improve CTR, relevance, and conversion performance. Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other elements to drive continuous improvement. Perform campaign audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to boost performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid search activity with broader marketing goals. Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends to bring fresh strategic insights. Candidate Profile Minimum 1+ years’ hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (additional experience is a strong advantage). BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Management, or related discipline. Google Ads Certification(s) (Search / Measurement) is a plus. Strong familiarity with the Google Ads platform, reporting dashboards, and campaign workflows. Experience with GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
