Key Responsibilities
* Manage and respond promptly to incoming event inquiries, ensuring efficient lead handling
* Collect and analyze initial client briefs; prepare tailored proposals and quotations
* Coordinate and negotiate costs with suppliers involved in event production
* Conduct site inspections to showcase the venue and support sales activities
* Oversee the full operational execution of events, from planning to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
* Supervise event setups and ensure alignment with client expectations and brand standards
* Handle administrative and contractual aspects of each event
* Prepare and manage ODS (Operational Documents/Run Sheets) for the internal team
Ideal Profile
* 6–12 months of experience in events, hospitality, or agency environments
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proactive, reactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (clients and suppliers)
* Fluent in English
* Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
* Fast response time and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously (critical in a high-paced environment)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
* Hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership
