Ph3Primary Function /h3 pMolecular Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding molecular activities for assigned customers in the defined country territory. The role includes acting as a Advisor/consultant to customers. Account Manager is responsible for retention value expansion with assigned Abbott existing but also new possible accounts. /p h3Major Responsibilities /h3 ul liNew business acquisition /li liRenewals of expiring contracts or new tender issued by existing customers as well price negotiations ensuring customers having the right prices /li liEstablish value propositions and build business cases /li liPost‐sale involvement with customers /li liDevelop broad relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders including the decision making units as well clinicians and purchasing departments /li liServe customer’s requests and forward them to respective Service department on technical and applicational questions /li liBecome advisor/consultant to customer on lab productivity, use and/or design /li liWorking actively in CRM system keeping the customer data up to date, reporting in activities and market data. /li liSingle point of contact that responds to the customer promptly /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree or equivalent /li /ul h3Background /h3 ul liExperience from IVD laboratory diagnostics business /li liExperience from sales preferrable but not mandatory if having a strong experience from the molecular diagnostic field /li liExperience from molecular laboratory field mandatory /li liStrong experience maintaining and developing customer relationships /li liNative in local language/English other languages advantageous /li liAccount Manager requires regular in average 70% travel activity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
