Responsibilities: - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Schedule projects and define budget constraints - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Test graphics across various media - Amend designs after feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand - Dedicated to creating illustrations for display adv, tutorials, brochures, sales collateral etc. - Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, social media campaigns, and website assets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with company branding. - Design and execute various print materials, including brochures, flyers, and packaging. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects. - Modify and enhance existing designs based on feedback and requirements. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects. - Experience in creating designs for various digital platforms, including social media and websites. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices is a plus.
