Your key responsibilities Creative & Brand Direction As Cofounder, you will co-lead the creative vision of Tattde Co, ensuring that every product, experience, and visual output reflects our ethos of personalization, repair culture, and streetwise artistry. You’ll be involved in developing seasonal creative concepts for embroidery, patchwork, and heat-transfer customization, as well as crafting storytelling campaigns that give voice to each client’s individuality. This role calls for a strong sense of aesthetic direction, the ability to collaborate with têxtile artists and stylists, and a deep appreciation for turning old garments into wearable narratives. Operational Strategy You will build streamlined workflows to manage incoming personalization requests, client communications, design briefs, production schedules, and remote artist coordination. This includes selecting and integrating the right digital tools to keep projects transparent, efficient, and collaborative across different time zones. You’ll also oversee material logistics — from sourcing and inventory tracking of patches and tools to coordinating remote fulfillment or drop-off / pick-up points when needed. Your role is to ensure that Tattde Co runs smoothly behind the scenes, even as the creative work happens across borders. Growth & Community Engagement You’ll help expand Tattde’s reach through grassroots community-building and strategic brand partnerships. You’ll connect with local boutiques, creative hubs, and sustainability-focused collectives to host activations and collaborative workshops. From organizing “Repair & Rewear” events to amplifying our message through digital storytelling and artist collabs, your goal will be to grow a loyal community around our mission. You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice, network, and long-term cultural relevance of Tattde Co across Europe and beyond. Required Skills & Qualities Deep passion for denim, garment construction, and the art of repair and personalization Strong appreciation for vintage fashion, visible mending, and timeless silhouettes Familiarity with or interest in craft techniques like embroidery, patchwork, or fabric restoration Strong operational thinking - able to build and manage systems, workflows, and creative pipelines Clear communicator with excellent project coordination skills across time zones and cultures Prior experience in fashion, e-commerce, creative production, or sustainability-focused brands is a plus Comfortable working without a physical office; thrives in a remote-first, flexible environment Job Type Contract Application Question(s): Where are you based?
