Position
For our Logistics Department we are looking for a Logistics Improvement Specialist, responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Key duties include analyzing processes using data and tools such as LEAN, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Main Activities
- Analyze and improve logistics workflows across production, warehousing, and distribution.
- Conduct cost‑vantaggi analyses for logistics projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Production, Sales, IT, and Customer Service.
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations using WMS and ERP systems.
- Support global logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience 1–3 years in a similar role and business size.
- Problem‑solving skills and result‑oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
