Descrizione aziendaPardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large‐scale distribution, is looking for a new IT Manager based in Dublin to join its Information Technology Department.PosizioneThe new colleague will carry out the following activities:
Lead and coordinate the IT team across support, operations, and projects;Ensure reliability, performance and security of the company's IT infrastructure;Oversee support processes including ticketing, SLA, escalation management;Collaborate with the CTO on IT roadmap, strategy and digital transformation, in optimising processes;Manage and optimise key systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central;Manage IT vendors and external partners.
RequisitiThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3‐5 years of experience in a similar IT role;Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Automate, AWS;Previous experience managing IT teams;Fluency in Italian and English;Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience in multinational environments;Knowledge of ERP/CRM processes and ITSM tools.
