We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Group CEO, this role is specifically focused on generating new business and expanding our market presence by offering process engineering and manufacturing services for plastic injection molding parts within the automotive industry and other markets. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities and to achieve the company’s commercial objectives
Uses data to identify potential new business, projects sales and determines profitability
Identifies and engages with potential clients, including automotive OEMs and other 2nd Tier suppliers
Develops commercial plan, prepares and presents detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Prepares quotation by utilizing your knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and automotive industry standards to effectively communicate with clients and meet their specific needs
Negotiates contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Represents the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our process engineering and manufacturing services.
Grows a network of industry contacts to generate new business leads.
Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports
Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

15 – 20 years of seniority / work experience in a similar role
~ Technical background / Engineering Degree is evident to understand the Tier 2 process in the Automotive Industry (must have qualification) allowing you to understand the customers needs and producing innovative solutions
~ Knowledge of plastic technology is compulsory
~ Motivated by success and growth, bringing the business home
~ You are in the position to build on your own network in the industry with potential clients
~ Proficiency in market research and analysis
