PReporting to Hotel GM, Tivoli PR and Brand Director, as a Marketing, Communication and Social Media Manager you will be in charge of the Marketing, PR and Social Media Plan for the hotel and the different outlets, with Central MKT PR team supervision. /ppstrongWhat will you do? /strong /pulliIn charge of doing the Marcom part presentations for Business Reviews. /liliDevelop and supervise the hotel MarCom budget, forecast and payments. /liliProject Management and person of contact for the Design and PR agency; /liliDevelop stationary and different materials (including the commercial ones) for the hotel /liliBrand Guardian, make sure he/she manages brand identity in all touch points. /liliContent management and on-going auditing on online and offline platforms. /liliDevelop promotional campaigns and packages. /liliOrganize and oversee photo and video sessions; /liliCopywriting and short translations (ENIT/ITEN); /liliSupport for the communication and organization of the hotel events /liliManage hotel's social media accounts: content creation and management (IT/EN), community management, selection of influencers for UGC and paid campaigns. /liliCoordination of the hotel's PR plan: creation of press releases; support in organizing national and international press trips with personalized itineraries, hosting journalists and influencers, gifts. /liliSeek out opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships (airlines, barters with events in the city, tourist office, local institutions...) and cross-promotions for the benefit of the hotel. /li /ulpstrongWhat we are looking for? /strong /pulliGraduation and or Experience in Marketing and Communications /liliExcellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities; /liliStrategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives. /liliService oriented person /liliStrong sense of aesthetics and creativity. /liliExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Italian and English; /liliExperience / knowledge of graphic design tools are valued; /liliPrior experience in the Hospitality is mandatory and Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience will be appreciated /liliItalian mother tongue is mandatory plus high level of English /li /ulpstrongWhy choose us? /strong /ppAt strongMinor Hotels Europe Americas /strong we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
