If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a results-driven National Account Executive (NAE) responsible for developing and managing relationships with large national Small Package accounts across Italy. /p pThe NAE will play a key role in understanding customer’s business models, identifying growth opportunities, maximizing profitability, and delivering tailored solutions through the optimal mix of the UPS’s products and services portfolio. /p pThis position requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long term partnerships at multiple levels within complex organizations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, manage, and grow relationships with key national accounts /li liAnalyze customer’s business needs and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability /li liDesign and implement strategic account plans /li liNegotiate commercial agreements and ensure sustainable margins /li liMonitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement /li liCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-volume solutions /li liStay informed on market trends and competitive landscape /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree/diploma or equivalent /li liPrevious experience as Account Executive within UPS /li liProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets /li liExcellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills /li liStrong business acumen and understanding of core business processes /li liIn-depth knowledge of company services and competitive offerings /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) /li liFluent English (written and spoken) /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills /li liHighly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented /li liProactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner /li liAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines /li liFlexibility and availability for frequent travel across Italy /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liFull-time permanent contract /li liCompany car /li liLaptop and mobile phone /li liOpportunity to work with major national clients /li liDynamic and growth-oriented environment /li /ul pbLocation /b: Vimodrone / Prato /p pbEmployee Type /b: Permanent /p pUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
