PstrongTecnimont Services /strong is one of the key players within MAIRE group’s Integrated EC Solutions, focused on championing the Group’s decarbonization and energy transition initiatives. /ppbr / /ppReporting to the Operation manager of the Green Power and Assets Business Unit the strongProject Manager /strongis responsible for the execution of the assigned projects. He/She coordinates all the activities of the project and is responsible of the overall results in terms of profit and loss, safety, schedule, quality. He/She manages the project team to achieve the project goals and represents the company towards the Client. /ppThe Project Manager must have experience in solar/wind plants. BESS plant experience is considered a preferential skill. /ppstrong Key Activities Responsibilities /strong /pulliGuarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction and commissioning and further through the period of warranty until the final acceptance /liliEnsuring the respect of the terms of contract and the management of risks, also with regards to insurance and financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution and the required quality and safety levels /liliManage contract variations and claims with Clients, Partners and Construction Subcontractors /liliEnsure the relationship with the Clients and with the Partners during the execution of contracts, in order to guarantee an efficient fulfilment of the assigned project and to obtain Customer Satisfaction. /li /ulpstrongPersonal Attributes:br / /strong /pulliExperience from 1 to 4 years in Green Energy plants with knowledge of typical solar, wind and BESS project peculiarities /liliPreferably degree in Electrical Engineering /liliKnowledge in construction works and capability of managing/instructing the Site Team, addressing the high-level issues /liliFluent English speaking and writing /liliTeamworking and effective communication /liliAvailability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad /liliThe work is relevant to Head Office position, but in case of necessities for solving some Site critical issues, it is required availability to missions at Site of max 1 month, if necessary. /liliAdaptability, entrepreneurship and working with method /li /ul
