We are looking for a Creative (Mid-Level) with minimum 2 years of experience in creative agencies, influencer marketing, digital environments and events.
The role supports Senior Creatives in developing concepts, campaigns, content formats, and experiential activations, working closely with Strategy, Client, Production, and Talent teams.
This position requires exceptional professional English (mandatory) with strong presentation and public speaking skills. French is a bonus if the candidate speaks it.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute strategically and creatively to the development of influencer marketing campaigns, branded content, and brand activations.
* Develop compelling storytelling frameworks, content formats, and creative territories aligned with brand positioning.
* Shape tone of voice and creative direction across projects in collaboration with Senior Creatives.
* Create pitch materials and proposals with strong visual storytelling and strategic coherence.
* Participate in the ideation of events and brand experiences (concepts, naming, moodboards, scenography, key touchpoints).
* Support production phases, ensuring creative integrity from concept to delivery.
* Translate trends, cultural movements, and audience behaviors into relevant and forward-thinking creative proposals.
* Present ideas clearly and confidently in internal and client-facing meetings (in English and Italian).
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in creative roles within agencies (influencer marketing, digital, events, or integrated communication).
* Strong ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
* Solid understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.
* Experience contributing to event and brand activation concepts.
* Strong presentation-building skills (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar).
* At least basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Exceptional English proficiency (mandatory) with proven ability to present and articulate ideas effectively.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
* French language skills are considered a plus.
* Availability to travel
