PstrongJob Summary /strong /ppThe multi-site HR Manager is the HR leader responsible for our 2 paper bags plants in north-eastern Italy in the provinces of Padua and Gorizia, ~200 employees. She/he will lead a small team to help drive a positive productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and leadership coaching. The multi-site HR Manager executes the HR strategy in support of the client’s business objectives and the Mondi HR strategy objectives and is a connected partner for the sites leadership teams. /ppstrongYour mission: /strong /pulliServe as a strong functional partner to the Sites MDs and to drive cohesive decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR strategy /liliProvide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate /liliProvide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders. /liliPartner closely with Sites MDs, HR Business Partners, Country/Regional HR Leaders and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda and execute business-specific HR strategies /liliProvide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment /liliLead key HR processes including performance, talent management, Payroll compensation planning, onboarding, Hiring, Training development new manager assimilation etc. /liliPartner with Country/Regional HR leader and HR CoE’s to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at the two sites /liliProvide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved /liliEnsure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations /liliMaintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care /liliOverall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the site. /li /ulpstrongYour Profile: /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area /liliMinimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR role preferably in an industry environment /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources client support role /liliSound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements /liliDeveloped (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience /liliHands-on self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and work independently while being able to effectively navigate and partner in a matrix environment /liliStrong problem-solving skills and capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion /liliExcellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills /liliPassionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed /liliApproachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels /liliStrong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness /liliSupportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situation /liliApplies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, confidentiality /liliStrong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement /liliNative Italian speaker an fluent English, both written and spoken /li /ulpstrongOur Offer: /strong /pulliLocation : San Pietro in Gu (PD) /liliStart : as soon as possible /liliEmployment type : full-time, unlimited /li /ulpBenefits:Company car possible; Buddy program; DI Taskforce; Learning Development; Mobile phone for employees; Modern office spaces; Parking; Public transportation nearby; Referral program; Women´s network /ppuGet in touch: /u /ppWe strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
