Job Description
We are looking for an electronic engineer taking care of developing boards schematics, PCB place and route and validation testing of the designed products.
Tasks:
1. Design analog and digital electronic boards
2. Perform place and route for the designed boards
3. Validate the design working on testing of the complete prototypes, in laboratories and on the field.
4. Collaborate with testing engineers to implement the testing stations in production
5. Define quality procedures and acceptance criteria for the new boards
6. Collaborate with other FW and HW engineers, to design the full product architecture
7. Contribute to respect the committed project dates and functional specifications of the products
8. Collaborate with the rest of the R&D team in developing new technologies
9. Write the technical documentation for the electrical part of the products
Basic Requirements
10. Required hard skills:
B.S. or M.S. in electronic engineering
Experience with common laboratory equipment, such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, testing equipment for EMC pre-compliance
CAD: Altium
English: to be able to communicate daily with foreign colleague
Nice to have:
Experience with FPGA
32 bits microcontroller
ARM SoCs.
Experience with wide range switching power supplies design
Knowledge of the European Directives for the CE mark and for EMC compliance. Experience with UL is a plus.
