PpbDescription /b /p pRyanair is currently recruiting a Gops Base Manager to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. Based in Italy, this role will ensure that our Ground Ops Dept adheres to strict procedures and policies in place and will be based in one of our busiest regions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversight of the operations at Ryanair bases and airports within a specific region. /li liResponsibility for all aspects of base/airport set‑up and ongoing compliance with approved Ryanair ground operational and administrative procedures. /li liEnsuring that infrastructural, contractual and operational requirements and performance targets are achieved in compliance with the highest standards of safety. /li liEnsuring optimum punctuality, customer service and cost‑efficiency standards are met. /li liLiaising with airport authorities and ground handling agencies to ensure a safe, efficient operation is established and maintained. /li liDevelopment and implementation of programmes to incorporate changes in corporate policy, new legislative requirements affecting ground operations and changes in traffic capacity at assigned airports. /li liParticipation in AOC and User Committees. /li liChairing of weekly meetings with key personnel at each base and issuing minutes and action points arising from these meetings. /li liReporting of any issues pertinent to the Flight operations, Inflight, Engineering departments and providing any practical assistance to them in the satisfactory resolution of these issues. /li liVisiting and approving potential new Bases and Airports in close cooperation with commercial department. /li liInvoice management and approval. /li liContract negotiations. /li liSupport General Manager in various projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience of working in a fast‑paced, demanding, high growth organization. /li liAbility to work and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. /li liFluent English and a second European language would be beneficial. /li liStrong administration skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li liAbility to work under own initiative. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills. /li liDemonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liFlexibility ability to travel and quickly adapt to changes. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary /li liExcellent career progression /li /ul pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline by 2x. /p pGet notified about new Base Manager jobs in bFiumicino, Latium, Italy /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
