Job Summary: Planning, coordination and execution of production activities to meet customer requirements. - Headcount planning and shift organizing. - Manage and motivate the workers to achieve the required production targets. - Implement lean production principles to reduce scrap and increase efficiency. - Make and manage documentation for manufacturing, such as work instruction. - Keep high standard 5S, EHS and discipline in workshop according to company requirements. - Preparation of reports, analysis. - Participation in production related projects. Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field3 years of proven experience in production management - Strong knowledge of lean production principles and tools - Good leadership and communication skills - Strong customer orientation, strong logical and analytical thinking with hands-on ability - Perseverant, as you will have to manage resistance to change - Good IT skills.
