He/She checks bank transactions, manages relations with banks, and ensures compliance with financial procedures. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities /strong /ppIncluding but not limited to: /ppbr / /ppReconcile bank transactions in Piteco, ensuring the accuracy of transactions; /ppbr / /ppMonitor bank balances, assisting the team in the daily management of liquidity; /ppbr / /ppSupport to maintain contact with banks for day-to-day operational matters; /ppbr / /ppPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management; /ppbr / /ppPerform Bank monthly reconciliation of treasury operations; /ppbr / /ppMonitor the expiration dates of bank guarantees, prepare, verify, and submit documentation to banks; review texts during negotiations with suppliers; /ppbr / /ppAssist the treasury manager in administrative tasks. /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppDegree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. /ppNice to have: 2 or more years of experience in a similar job position. /ppGood English profiency, both verbal and written. /ppStrong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude. /ppbr / /ppstrongComputer Skills /strong /ppExcellent Computer skills /ppKnowledge of treasury tools and SAP; familiarity with Piteco software is preferred. /p
