We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives alongside our Production and Engineering departments. Your core duties will involve:ResponsibilitiesAnalyze process and product defect data, identifying critical areas and promoting targeted corrective actions.Investigate the causes of customer complaints and formalize internal and supplier non-conformities, collaborating with the Customer Quality team.Work on quality plans and actively participate in the development sessions of new projects/products, proposing improvement solutions.Support the Quality Manager in product validation/homologation, coordinating laboratory tests, sampling, and FAI activities, interfacing directly with customers.Manage the calibration and periodic verification of all company measuring equipment.RequirementsDegree in Engineering and/or Technical Diploma.At least 3-4 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably in Automotive contexts.In-depth knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving techniques).Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards (knowledge of EN 9100 will be considered a plus).Preferable knowledge of the EASA standard.Good knowledge of the English language.Strong aptitude for problem-solving, data analysis skills, and excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional offer a position within a solid, technologically advanced, and strategically important company, with a key role of great responsibility with a real impact on business processes.The compensation package will be commensurate with experience.The position is open to candidates of any gender and identity, in compliance with current legislation on equal opportunities.
