Orient Express has entrusted the interior architecture and artistic direction of the hotel Hugo Toro. The former Palazzo Fonseca is a sumptuous 17th-century palace with a huge, majestic façade. A place of memory still adorned with its Roman columns, sculptures by Rinaldo Rinaldi, a disciple of Canova, and the fascinating goddess Minerva. At the end of 2024, a new décor and interior inspired by the Roman domus and the riches of the "Eternal City" will be revealed with a new touch of contemporary elegance. /ph3Job Description /h3pThis position is responsible for the organization, planning, and overall management of daily operations for Lobby Services, PrivateDining, and Banquets.). The role also ensures smooth operation, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all areas of responsibility. /ph3Lobby Private Dining Operations /h3ulliOversee the daily operations of Lobby services and Private Dining. /liliEnsure prompt, professional service and smooth coordination between departments. /liliMaintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in all guest-facing areas. /liliManage guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction. /liliSupervise the setup and execution of special guest requests, including VIP treatments and private dining experiences. /li /ulh3Events Banquet Operations /h3ulliTake charge of event and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. /liliCoordinate with Event Organizers and other departments to ensure setup meets guest requirements. /liliConduct daily briefings with team members to communicate event details and updates. /liliImplement cost-control measures and maintain operational efficiency within budget. /liliGather guest feedback to improve future event and banquet services. /li /ulh3Team Management /h3ulliRecruit, train, and supervise staff for Lobby, Private Dining, and Events operations. /liliEnsure that new hire orientation and continuous training are provided to maintain service standards. /liliMonitor team performance, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions. /liliManage the scheduling and allocation of staff resources to ensure optimal service levels. /li /ulh3Other Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain knowledge of all food and beverage services, preparation methods, and hotel features. /liliEnsure compliance with hotel fire and safety procedures. /liliAttend briefings, meetings, and trainings as required. /liliMaintain high standards of personal appearance and professional grooming. /liliPerform other duties as assigned by hotel management. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDiploma in Hospitality Management/Food Beverage preferred. /liliMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. /liliGood writing and oral proficiency in English language. /liliAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills. /liliExcellent communication and guest service abilities. /liliAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously. /liliMotivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused. /liliProfessionally groomed at all times. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliA competitive package (base salary and yearly bonus). /liliMedical Insurance, integrating Collective Labor Agreement one and extended to the family. /liliTicket Restaurant. /liliAnnual leave. /liliALL -Heartist Program: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at all ACCOR locations and partner venues worldwide. /liliLearning development: Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world! /liliOur commitment to Diversity Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
