Our Customer Success Department in Segrate is seeking an
* Order Management Team Leader - German and English speaker (f / m / d) (100%)
The Team Leader will be responsible for organizing and tracking all Sell-In Orders to drive customer success and maximize turnover within agreed stock levels. Managing a clean order book and setting priorities to support strategic goals and target achievement.
Your Responsibilities
* Build a diverse, committed, and balanced team; enable and empower team members to work independently and improve customer experience, contributing positively to Triumph’s business.
* Translate business strategies into team and individual goals, emphasizing customer focus and ensuring clarity on contributions to success.
* Oversee appraisal processes, team development, and career planning.
* Implement the “Journey of Excellence” in daily operations with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
* Manage order fulfillment processes proactively.
* Drive smooth order flow, supporting flawless execution aligned with priorities and maximizing turnover.
* Ensure policies on cancellations, returns, and stock holds are followed and support policy development.
* Manage orderbook adjustments based on central decisions and local needs.
* Lead process improvements and automation initiatives in order management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Sales to resolve credit issues and reduce backorders.
* Maintain excellent relationships with national accounts and ensure active communication with sales teams.
* Conduct business analysis to inform operations and future strategies.
* Monitor data integrity and resolve system issues promptly.
* Provide training and support to team members.
Ideal Profile
* At least 2 years of leadership experience in order management.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams across countries.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Fluent in English, Italian, and German; French is a plus.
* Proficient in Excel and SAP; Power BI and Salesforce are advantageous.
* Organized, efficient, and resourceful.
* Willing to travel approximately 4-5 times per year within Europe.
