Responsibilities
* Lead identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of operational & IT risks (cyber, resilience, continuity, third‐party, data).
* Manage Key Risk Indicators and raise risk awareness across the company.
* Implement and improve the Enterprise risk framework in line with DORA and industry standards.
* Advise on risk policies, methodologies and control requirements to business teams.
* Coordinate scenario analysis and support Recovery & Resolution Plans.
* Deliver concise risk reporting to senior management, risk committees and the board.
* Analyse incidents, emerging risks, recommend mitigation and follow‐up actions.
* Draft risk assessments for strategic initiatives and projects.
* Serve as regulator and auditor liaison, ensuring timely engagement.
* Promote risk best practices and develop junior staff.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in CS, cyber‐security, engineering, IT, economics, finance or related field.
* 5‐6 years of experience in banking, regulation, audit or consulting, preferably in clearing or post‐trade.
* Good knowledge of ISO/IEC27001, ISO22301, NIST, CIS, ITIL, DORA frameworks.
* Broad understanding of end‐to‐end business, operational and IT processes.
* Project coordination experience with regulatory authorities.
* Excellent analytical, critical‐thinking and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills for risk discussion.
* Precision, detail‐oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.
* Fluency in English; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Salary: Gross Annual Salary 55000‐65000 euro.
