KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. /ppWhen you join the Gstrongovernance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team /strong, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management. /ppAs a member of our team, your experience will be put to full use, enabling you to become the point person for top-tier national and international clients. /ppWe are recruiting a strongsenior consultant specialised in Sustainability Climate Change for the Rome office /strong to work on the following projects: /ppstrongSustainability: /strong /pulliDefinition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans; /liliDevelopment of governance and organisational models to support the corporate transformation process; /liliSustainability risk identification and assessment (ESG risks); /liliSocially responsible investments, sustainable finance and ESG ratings; /liliSustainable finance: development of solutions for our clients in the financial sector to align policies and portfolios with climate and ESG objectives; /liliSustainability reporting systems: preparing sustainability reports/integrated reporting, defining specific reporting (e.g., TCFD framework) and filling out sustainability questionnaires (from investors and customers); /liliDevelopment of circular economy and LCA initiatives; /liliSupply chain management (definition of policies, assessment models, HSE audits, etc.); /liliDevelopment of socio-environmental impact assessment models. /li /ulpstrongClimate Change: /strong /pulliPreparation of decarbonisation strategies (“transition plan”) and carbon inventory; /liliDefinition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools/research about internationally-recognised scenarios (e.g., IPCC, etc.); /liliSupport in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI); /liliIdentification and quantification of the financial impacts of the risks and opportunities of climate change. /li /ulpstrongCome As You Are - Your skills and characteristics /strong /ppThis is the perfect opportunity for you if: /pulliYou have extensive knowledge of the main sustainability and/or climate change topics, with at least two years of specific experience (in one or more of the above areas) within consulting companies, ESG rating agencies or industrial/financial companies spearheading sustainability; /liliYou have extensive knowledge of the main guidelines for the preparation of sustainability reports, international standards and sustainability operating models, definition of economic, social and environmental measurement models; /liliYou have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; /liliYou have an aptitude for innovation and the development of new services and markets; /liliYou have the ability to coordinate work teams, manage projects and organise work independently; /liliYou maintain high quality standards and a focus on professional excellence; /liliYou have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li /ulpIn today’s increasingly complex and interconnected world, clients need to transform and adapt ever more rapidly.
