We support corporates through innovative programmes and projects by leveraging our ecosystem of partners and advanced technological capabilities Below are some of our results we have achieved since we started: 60+ investments in startups 6 exits : 6 global SW products supported by GELLIFY Digital Factory and validated by Gartner in reports and Magic Quadrants 150M € to be invested through Azimut Digitech Fund in co-investment with GELLIFY Digital investment in B2B SaaS startups 100M € total revenue from GELLIFY ecosystem (+50% CAGR) 200+ employees in 3 geographical areas (Italy, Middle East and Spain) 700+ employees in our portfolio startups : 35⁰ in the top 1000 Financial Times ranking among companies who have grown the most in the last year in Europe (2⁰ among Italian companies) Your Duties & Responsibilities : As part of the team, the M&A Analyst will have the responsibility of: Planning and executing business analysis: marketing, strategy, organizational and processes Assisting in execution of deals Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials Gathering public information through numerous sources Creating merger and financial model analyses Generating models for valuation metrics Drafting marketing documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments Building company forecast models Analyzing company performance on an absolute and relative basis Producing and maintaining various databases Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) Organizing and managing business projects (in terms of planned Delivery, Economics and supplier / team management) Conducting meetings effectively Managing and developing relations with clients Creating clear and effective presentations Organizing teamwork and respecting deadlines Reclassifying balance Sheets and developing financial forecasts Education & Experience : BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field Experience between 1 and 2 years, gained in leading management consulting firms Knowledge of diverse business areas such as sales, marketing, HR, Administration, IT Knowledge of the Startup/Venture Capital ecosystem and its basics Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Desired soft kills : Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills Aptitude in creative problem-solving Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to view new things as challenges to be meant to be analyze and study Motivation to understand the business of all clients, their requirements and deliver results Passion for continuous learning and for achieving personal goal A pleasure to share problems and solutions within the team
