Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the digital and media planning, execution, KPI setting and resource allocation for campaigns, ensuring strategy align with overall project objectives while staying within budget.
* Analyze performance data to ensure KPIs are met, providing insights and creating data-driven reports to communicate campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and optimize media spend efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with project manager, PR, creative, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution, drive advertising performance, and optimize overall campaign effectiveness.
* Optimize campaign creatives, targeting, and strategies based on performance insights, while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer behavior to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ experience in digital/media or advertising industry (client or agency side).
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian, with strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
* In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels, with strong familiarity in programmatic and SEM.
* Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, logical, and compelling presentations and reports.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
