Key Responsibilities - Conduct risk analyses on countries, geographic areas, and strategic phenomena such as organized crime, extremist movements, and sociopolitical contexts to support decision-making related to construction site and corporate event security. - Assess third parties, including companies, suppliers, and subcontractors, through database consultations, document analysis, and collaboration with law enforcement and national/international institutions. - Develop detailed analytical reports and risk mitigation plans in coordination with internal departments such as Compliance and Supply Chain. - Support due diligence activities and Risk Threat Analyses for project planning and operations on a global scale. - Create security-related training content and materials and contribute to employee training programs. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk analysis, or similar roles. - In-depth knowledge of security management models and risk analysis methodologies. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including UNI 10459 and ISO 31000. - Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with institutional and internal stakeholders. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Preferred experience in structured organizations, law enforcement, or similar institutions.
