PpWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a dynamic multi-client logistics environment. /p pYou will cooperate with Warehouse Coordinator and Account Specialists guiding a team of around 60 operators to deliver top-quality service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities. /p pYou will ensure service excellence, foster collaboration, and help building a culture of safety, innovation, and performance. /p h3Role Mission /h3 pThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely management of warehouse operations in a multi-client logistics environment. /p pThe Warehouse Manager acts as the key operational interface between the Division Management and the operational team. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liImprove profitability of the warehouse and meet budget expectations /li liEnsure customers satisfaction and prepare contracts renewals with customers /li liPlan, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse activities together with existing team /li liEnsure efficiency and accuracy of operational flows, optimizing labor and equipment usage /li liMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service level /li liEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations /li liMaintain daily contact with clients’ operational and logistics representatives, ensuring alignment on volumes, priorities, performance, and service expectations /li liManage service level agreements (SLAs), produce reports, and attend regular performance review meetings /li liSupport the commercial or contract management teams in handling operational changes or new start-ups /li liLead, motivate, and develop the existing team /li liFoster a safe, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment /li liPromote training and professional growth within the warehouse team. /li liParticipate in improvement projects (Lean Logistics, 5S, process digitalization, automation, etc.) /li liContribute to building a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pEducation: technical diploma or university degree in logistics, management, or equivalent field /p pExperience: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role within logistics, ideally in a multi-client warehouse environment /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of warehouse operations and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). /li liData analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar). /li liUnderstanding of logistics KPIs and cost control principles. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong leadership and people management skills. /li liCustomer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach. /li liExcellent communication and organizational abilities. /li liProblem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. /li liFluent in English (spoken and written), essential for dealing internally and externally /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
