Products & Supplier Quality Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Task & Activities:
monitor quality KPIs: daily analysis of manufacturing scrap quantity/cost and collaborate with technical and support teams to identify areas for improvement in the design, manufacture, delivery of our charging solutions and suppliers
lead team in defining effective root cause corrective actions: initiate, assign, and manage problem investigations to understand the root cause of manufacturing and field quality problems and monitor their progress through the problem-solving process (Ishikawa, 5 whys...)
perform technical analysis on scrap (first level analysis), create written reports to inform involved teams of issue resolutions, support in case of escalation to supplier
perform process and suppliers audits to assess compliance, capability, and effectiveness
study the ability of a manufacturing process to meet specifications using SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodology (process capability, X-R chart, ...) and define process improvement plans
provide shop floor support: create an escalation process to support reaction during production activities, train people on "quality culture", ensure awareness of people in case of customer claim (quality alert), implement reinforced control in case of new product launch
conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) studies: repeatability and reproducibility studies on measurement systems, monitor status/calibration of measurement devices to assure the conformity of measurement chain
monitor supplier performance and escalate to supplier quality in case of recurrences and nonconformity of critical characteristics
create and periodically update control plan document
make the bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and technical teams to assure quality issues are properly understood and addressed.

support during PFMEA activity providing customer requirements, quality goals, and historical lessons learned to the project team
support during supplier development process conducting assembly tests on process line
manage the product evolution process quality by ensuring that all opened actions from the project have been properly closed or mitigation plans are in place to support the transfer
As responsible of the integrated management system, manages and implements the processes necessary for its maintenance for Morocco
ensures the resolution of non-conformities related to quality, health and safety and the environment, supporting the CEO, Delegates and all corporate figures in the identification and implementation of preventive and corrective actions for Morocco
conducts internal audits (ensuring independence) for Morocco
manages audits of certifying bodies, control bodies and clients for Morocco
manages internal and external communications related to all the matters of the integrated management system and the fulfillments of HSE rules for Morocco
measures and analyzes the HSEQ KPIs of the integrated management system and any need for improvement, reporting to the CEO and Delegates for Morocco
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven track record in managing Products Quality and Supplier Quality in eMobility sector
Comprehensive understanding of the eMobility market
Ability to work in a complex environment
Results and customer oriented
Familiarity with charging technologies in general and field-proven experience with BEV and PHEV vehicles
Fluent in English
